MCA Architects have been appointed to design a new scheme for the redevelopment of the Crumlin Shopping Centre on the main Crumlin Road.
It includes a new layout of 14,000m2 of retail floor space with ample parking of 490 spaces. The new scheme will rearrange the existing smaller retail units, create a new mall and relocate the service yard.
The overall look and feel will be a significant departure from its current form and will increase customer flow and enhance the shopping experience for the neighbourhood.
As part of the Planning Regulations, all proposed developments must be presented to Dublin City Council Planning Department and elected public representatives. To view the presentation given in January 2019 please CLICK HERE to view the presentation.

Ryan Demolition and Construction have commenced erecting the hoarding on Monday, 9th December, 2019 along the perimeter of the site on Galtymore Road. Unfortunately, this temporarily shortens the width of the current foot path from Davitt House to meet residential property along Galtymore Road. The hoarding will also be put in place along the perimeter of the site on Davitt Road.
