Good Counsel GAA Club was established in the parish of Drimnagh in 1954. Since its’ inception, it has grown to facilitate an array of GAA sports – Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie and has enhanced its clubhouse to include a large indoor sports hall, ball room, bar and function room. Several extra curricular activities take place at Good Counsel throughout the year which include;
– Knitting/Crochet Club
– Judo / Karate Competitions
– Basketball
– Set Dancing
– Golf Society
– Bingo
– Drimnagh Residents’ Community Group Meetings
– Political Representatives Clinics – Sinn Féin
– Public Consultations
– Private/Family Events
