Recent developments with Bus Connects means that Drimnagh will retain its’ two bus services within the housing scheme. However, there are some changes you need to be aware of;
The 123 Bus will now become the number 23. It will continue to travel from Kilnamanagh Drive, Walkinstown to Marino. It will not travel via Galtymore Road en route to it’s destination but it will travel via Mourne Road, through Rialto and into St James’s Hospital and continue with it’s usual route to Marino. According to Bus Connects website, this bus will arrive every 15 minutes
The 122 Bus will now become the 22 Bus which will travel from The Children’s Hospital Crumlin to the City Centre. It will not travel via Mourne Road but will travel along Galtymore Road through the Tenters, Kevin Street, City Centre and towards East Wall. According to Bus Connects website, this bus will arrive every 30 minutes.
